- $100 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be credited towards your total. If you CANCEL for any reason, your booking fee is forfeited. - PAYMENT is accepted in cash at the start of your appointment - RESCHEDULING is accepted ONCE and you must notify me 72 hours in advance. If you do not notify me 3 days prior to your appointment, a new booking fee will be required to reschedule. - NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be permanently blocked from any future bookings. I kindly ask that you call or text me if you cannot make it to your appointment. - LATE POLICY: You must be inside of the studio 5 minutes early or on time. Be mindful of traffic and weather conditions. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you forfeit your your booking fee. - TARDINESS OR LATE CANCELLATIONS will not be excused for ANY reason. I understand that things happen unexpectedly, however, please know that such changes affect both me and other clients. My policy must be enforced to every single client, no matter the reason. - OUTSIDE GUESTS are not allowed. This requirement is for the safety and well being of everyone, and to maintain the highest level of cleanliness required throughout procedures. - There are NO REFUNDS, so please reach out to me BEFORE booking if you are unsure which service is best for you. Make sure you completely love your brows before leaving, as Lavish Looks LLC is no longer liable after you leave the building. - PHOTOS AND VIDEOS will be taken before and after and may be posted on social media such as Instagram, Facebook, etc for marketing and advertising purposes. - This is typically a TWO STEP PROCESS. A touch up is recommended 6-8 weeks after your initial session to perfect your brow tattoo. Your brows will fade and lighten as they heal, depending on your skin type and lifestyle. Understand that not all skin is the same and you may be required to come back for a second, or even third session. - TOUCH UP sessions are priced separately. It is your responsibility to book your touch up session within 6-8 weeks. Any touch up scheduled 8 weeks after your initial session will be charged at a higher rate. Book ahead to ensure availability. - COLOR BOOST sessions allow you to keep your brow tattoo looking vibrant and are recommended within 12-24 months. Your brow tattoo will fade over time and how soon you’ll need a touch up depends on many factors such as lifestyle, sun exposure, skin type, skincare etc. - PREVIOUS BROW WORK must be pre-approved before booking. If you schedule your appointment without being approved first, you could be cancelled and forfeit your booking fee. Cover ups are an additional $150+ depending on your brows. Results are not guaranteed, as cover ups can be complicated and not all previous work can be fixed. - Lavish Looks LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or fire any client for any given reason, at any given time. DISQUALIFICATION LIST: - Under 18 years of age, even with parental consent. - Pregnant or nursing - Individuals who are allergic to pigmentation or make up - Skin irritations, rashes, sunburn, moles, Eczema or Psoriasis near the eyebrow area - Prone to Keloid scarring - Viral infections/diseases - Hemophilia - Epilepsy or seizures - Pacemaker or major heart complications - Received Botox or fillers 30 days prior to their appointment date - Undergoing Chemotherapy - Used Accutane within the last 12 months - Currently taking Armor Thyroid medication - Please notify me if you have had any allergic reactions to topical anesthetics. PRE-CARE: - Do not take Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Advil, or any blood thinners within 48 hours - Do not drink caffeine or alcohol within 24 hours - Do not tint your brows within 3 weeks - Do not wax, pluck, or shave your brows within 2 weeks - Avoid sun exposure and tanning within 2 weeks AFTERCARE: - Gently rinse brows with cool water, twice daily - Use thin layer of healing ointment, provided in aftercare kit; the size of a grain of rice - Avoid excessive sweating - Avoid pools and long showers - Avoid sun exposure - Do not pick or scratch brows during healing - No makeup, cream, lotion, or oils - Do not apply products with retinol, keep 2 inches away from brows - Avoid laser, microdermabrasion, microneedling, or any invasive skin treatments to brow area - Avoid sleeping on your face/side - Once your brows have fully healed after scabbing, you can return to your normal routine **If you have any upcoming events shortly after getting your brows tattooed and you are unsure if this will affect your brows, please reach out to me immediately**
